  • Pop the sausages onto medium heat and grill for around 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Never prick the casings, as this will lead to a loss of flavour and succulence, and try not to overcrowd the grill. In fact, no more than 60% of the cooking area should be covered at any one time!
