  • Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging.

    Oven: preheat the oven with a baking tray to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7
    Place the goujons onto the preheated baking tray in a single layer and cook for 11 -12 minutes.

    Pan fry: preheat a frying pan to moderate to high heat, add a little oil and fry for 8 - 10 minutes turning frequently.

    Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving!
