Cook from frozen. Remove wrapper. Oven: Place on a lightly greased baking sheet in a pre-heated oven, 190-200ºC, Gas mark 5 – 6 & cook for approx 40 mins. [When cooked flash under a hot grill to crisp bacon if required].
